Profile: Though she does not own any slaves herself, she is a slave to the queen. Or rather, merely owned by the queen personally. She is free to use any of the queen's slaves because of this. She, from the day of her fourteenth birthday, ran away from home and joined the military, pretending to be older than she was. She pulled it off, with her muscular form and premature height. She quickly rose through the ranks until she was the age twenty, where she revealed her farce. Instead of punishing her, as she expected, she was congratulated on her prodigious skill, and pushed back into service.

By the time the current queen came into office, she was only a few ranks below general. When the general died in combat, Marian bought her and placed her at the head, right beneath herself.
