Love's Battlefield Empty Love's Battlefield

Ilizabeth quietly wandered into Hell, her body soaked with sweat from head to tail. (One would notice that sweat actually dripped off of the tip of her tail) She had just gotten home from having an intense fight with that witch of an angel, Nina. She did not know why she could not kill the little runt! Well, she did know, really. She might have been taller, and probably stronger, but the Angel had flight on her side. Ethereal as her wings were, Nina still had them while Ilizabeth's back was bare. The Angel had the unfortunate gift of being very lithe and nimble. Ilizabeth was no slow-poke herself but she was never fast enough to land a blow strong enough to be actually lethal to the angel. She felt a dark, rising swell of rage fill her chest almost to the brink, forcing her to clench her jaws shut. She hated that angel with all her being.

It had all started many eons ago, closer to the time of Creation. She had been on the battlefield of Purgatory, cutting down angel after angel, reveling and pleasuring herself to the sounds of their cries and moans as they fell beneath her blade, beneath her claws. Purred as they choked to death on her tail, or screamed as they were speared by it. She used every weapon to her disposal. She truly enjoyed ramming them with her head though, and spearing them on her horns, allowing fresh, hot, angel blood to caress down along her hair and face. Then Nina steps in and started to fight her. At first she had been losing, having been prepared for another push over, only to be surprised when the girl matched her blow-for-blow! She quickly had put her all into the fight, but never managed to pick up enough momentum to beat her, only injure her--though she herself always walked away just as injured. She winced at the thought as a cut just below her ribcage reminded her it was there.

She let out a small groan before walking towards her rooms--Hell had a living quarters that was set up almost like a dormitory of sorts. It was very convenient, actually, as it was like everyone lived in the same, giant city-building. Except the Damned Souls, of course, and again except the ones who were taken on as servants to the demons, or slaves of some sort. Or... More intimate partners. Satan encouraged relationships between the demons and the damned, though Ilizabeth herself did not do so. She generally could never connect with them, never find it in herself to do more than like them. Her emotions were completely dominated by Nina, most of the time. She quietly approached her door and glanced around as she set her hand on the knobless door--no one had to worry about theft in Hell. You could literally get whatever material object you wanted. And this was brought to her attention as she looked around, watching Demon's and Damned rushing this way and that with small cards and the like. Ah, yes. Valentine's Day is tomorrow. I guess I will try and find someone. She nodded her head to herself quietly, promising herself tomorrow she would look. Satan herself sometimes showed personal worry towards Ilizabeth for her lack of social relations. Well... She did not want to make Satan worry... It made her feel guilty.

She slowly slid into her room, letting the door flap closed behind her. She walked straight to her room and flopped down upon her bed, letting her eyes shut. "Mmngh... Darned angel..." She said softly, her sudden onset of sleepiness making her words sound almost affectionate. "I'll get her one of these days..." She promised, more vehemently than her promise to find a Valentine. Her dreams then overtook her. They were predictably filled with Nina. Over and over she would end up defeating the angel, and taking her maidenhood (Though she really was just assuming an angel would be a virgin) in dozens of different ways. Hundreds, seeing as how dreamtime flowed differently than regular time. Some times she ended up killing her during the rape, sometimes after, sometimes not even bothering to rape her. Some times she would take the girl as her slave for the rest of eternity. Sometimes the angel even seemed willing. And even fewer times... She was the one defeated. She was the one raped. She was the one enslaved, killed, and sometimes willing. They never seemed like nightmares to her, strangely enough. Simply different outcomes to the same pleasant scenario.

By the time she had awaken, the inside of her chaps were mostly covered in her femcum. It did not bother her--demon skin was not sensitive to this kind of thing. At least, not in the way humans were. She felt no irritation to the numerous orgasmic discharges against her crotch and along her thighs. It felt good, actually. Nevertheless, it would be a distraction. It never struck her thoughts twice. Demons always did that. The more lust-driven ones were even worse. They did not just have to worry about wet-dreams. They had to worry about wet-day-dreams, as well, among other things. Though it was amusing to see someone like a succubus simply orgasm randomly in the middle of the day because of a stray, idle thought. Hell was like that. Satan had made it that way, just because she could. No one complained. Morality was absent here, because unlike in other places, doing what you wanted brought pleasure. Not just doing evil, but doing what you wanted, whether it be good or evil.

She washed off, changed her clothing, cleaned up, got relatively presentable before stepping out of the house, and looked around, grimacing when she remembered what today was, watching people exchange cards left and right. She quietly approached a woman she knew--a damned soul--who did not seem to have anyone attached. "Susan? Hey, would you like to be my Valentine?" The woman, looking to be in her thirties, gave a sad shake of her head. "I... Was hoping to get Kayla..." Another damned soul. "Oh, well, all right then. Good luck." She said pleasantly before moving along. The rest of her inquiries were like that. They either already had someone or were looking for them. She sighed softly after about four people, and began to grow angry at another ten, though it did not show. She eventually got to the point where people started avoiding her from the dark look in her eyes. If you were angry in Hell, something was terribly wrong. Anger was relatively unknown there. She still cornered people--she had to, now, and demanded of them; "Be my Valentine?" And they would quail, demon or damned alike, and say; 'N-No, I have someone...' They were rightfully frightened. Her track record as a fighter was not blemished by Nina.

Even the sex-based demons all seemed to have formed romantic entanglements with one person or another, some of the times even with another sex demon. It was not uncommon for her to see two succubi arm-in-arm, though she wondered how that paradox worked. She wondered what paradox felt like while having sex, before returning to her infuriated thoughts. She continued to corner people, demanding that they become her Valentine, and getting rejected every time. She even asked Satan herself, at one point--though with Her she was as polite as she could be--and got a soft chuckle and a shake of the head. (She would wonder, later, if it was because Satan knew what was going to happen.) But that had been the breaking point. She kindly bid Satan goodbye, leaving the woman while She smiled softly at her retreating back.

And then she left Hell, rushing across the plains of Purgatory with frustrated, angry tears brimming the corners of her eyes. Was she the only person in Hell who did not have anyone who liked her!? Her figure quivered with rage as she ran, rage and sorrow. She moved blindingly across the ground, not really looking for anything, merely just needing to escape the atmosphere of Hell. Her rage radiated off of her intently, scorching the ground beneath her feet as if the flames of her rage were in truth, not just a metaphor. As she was plainsrunning, she saw a figure which drew her up short. Nina... Here? What luck! With such rage burning through her, there was no way she could lose against the witch! She began to move towards her with a deadly grace, and a quick, purposeful stride, every inch of her screaming; 'I'm going to kill you.' She was unable to repress a simply devilish smirk as she came closer, closer to the girl. She knew that today, one way or another, would be the day her dreams came true.

Love's Battlefield Empty Re: Love's Battlefield

Post  Rose Rogue Thu Oct 22, 2009 8:54 pm

Nina managed her way back into Heaven, letting little of the day's battle show on her except whatever wounds she might have sustained, minor though they were, and sweat dripping down to irritate her brows. She was an angel, and she was a proud warrior of Heaven, despite her small size. Her wings were slunk just a tad along her back in a manner to help herself cool from the work out the day had given her, combat with the tall, dark-skinned demoness of Hell and all. She slowly stretched as she made her way from the other angels that had returned with her, though there were stragglers at nearly all points in the day almost, and began to plunge herself into thought as she wandered back to her home before she took care of her chores and laid herself to rest for a while until the next day.

It had been so long now since she had first met her match on the battlefield between the angels and demons, yet it seemed as though every battle was neatly recorded in some folder of her mind, built like a story book to open up whenever she thought back to then. She was somewhat new to the field, still nervous in her attacks and frightened that her head would be lopped off, if not something worse, when she had turned to see a demon with frightening fighting skills heading her way. She had forgotten everything else when she felt herself targeted, and had stepped forward to fight, and shockingly enough, held her own, evading what had been deadly strikes to others. She played that game for a while before eventually gaining the courage to move closer to strike, but it seemed almost as though their moves had been choreographed, fitting perfectly together in combat. Like one of those movies humans liked to watch. However, time and time again, they would come to wear each other out, leaving one another with threats, swearing them to be promises that would come some day soon. She gave a soft sigh after a moment, finding herself rather amazed that neither of them had made that one slip that would mean the end of one's life. Aside from amazed, she was also grateful for her own reasons.

She managed to snap out of thought enough to notice the decorations on her way to her home, a simple room in a simple building near the baths and the gardens for her and her comrades. She felt a warm smile light upon her face with a little glow, looking this way and that as the small seraphs fluttered through the air, bringing with them red ribbons and hearts and such, the typical for the holiday. The decorations were simple, too, but they were, in a way, a thing of beauty. Maybe because they were so simple, which was the usual here in Heaven.

She thought back quietly to the card resting on her desk. She had put much thought into it, as she did every year, though none of those had ever been delivered to who she intended to receive them. She promised herself though, this year, that she would successfully get it to the girl she wanted to be her Valentine this year. She had to, because she never knew when that one fatal slip might happen, and her chance would be over, probably never to be revealed. That sort of thing weighed heavily on a dead angel's soul, they say.

She ducked into her room once she made it there, going about her chores of cleaning this, that and the other before gathering up a clean dress and her brush. Before she rested, she simply must bathe, and off she went to do so in the public baths, listening to the excited chatter of younger and older angels alike around her. Tomorrow was going to be a grand day among angels, she knew, and she would attempt to make it grand for herself as well, with what she had in mind. The slightest pink flush made its way to her cheeks as she near absent-mindedly tended to herself, cleaning the scratches and massaging the bruises from recent days. Only after she felt she was clean enough, and she tended to be somewhat of a perfectionist when it came to bathing with a purpose, did she return from the baths, dried and dressed with her hair combed. A glance up into the ever-lit sky, lighted by God's light of course, and she gave a gentle yawn, skittering into her room and retreating off to bed after a glance at the card on her desk. She did not have to worry about wrinkling her dress, it seemed, for she slept very, very peacefully after her prayers that night.

The next day, when she awoke, rested from her previous day, she was slow to rise, giving a yawn and a stretch before lazily pulling herself to the edge of her bed. She sat there for several long moments, hearing chattering outside, ignoring it as she stared off quietly at her desk, thinking quietly on the day. She slowly pulled herself to her feet, making her way towards the desk to reach down and pick up the card sitting there quietly, staring down at it with pursed lips and a flustered redness forming in her cheeks. She reached down, taking up the envelope, slipping the card inside it quietly. She sealed it a moment later with a heart, which she pressed a soft kiss to in hopes of good luck in delivering it. She was nervous, maybe a tad scared, but there was a strange sense of peace in her chest. She slipped the envelope out of sight somewhere on her being very, very neatly, for fear of crumpling it, and slipped out the door into the bright day.

She passed many, many groups of angels, chattering over this or that excitedly, like children on Christmas, unable to keep herself from grinning. Maybe it was the bright, hopeful look on her face that repelled others who wished to ask her to be theirs, for she simply did not wear such a look so openly very often. Maybe they thought she was already taken, or she was seeking out someone in specific, which she most certainly was going to do, but not here in Heaven. She took care of her morning chores with haste and care before escaping the hustle and bustle of the bright Heavens to make her way to Purgatory.

Once she had made her way to Purgatory, she wandered quietly, looking this way and that in hope that she would see who she sought for that day. She would have gone further, but it scared her, the thought of going into Hell in attempt to find the tall, dark demoness she so often fought on these fields. She pulled her card out quietly, looking down at it in her hands with a look of nervousness and shyness, as well as determination. Who knew... This thing might also get her killed, if used as her fatal slip, but for some reason, she felt herself to be more comfortable with that idea, as long as the demon read it. She felt herself smile warmly upon the thing before hearing another's approach, raising her head and looking about until her eyes fell on none other than Ilizabeth. She gave the faintest sound to herself, turning quietly to face her, though she did not go into any fighting pose.

She watched her approach, feeling a slight chill run down along her spine, and a need, a hope to make her smile. She pursed her lips quietly, her head dipping down a bit, though her eyes did not lower even slightly from Ilizabeth's. She held up the envelope quietly before her chest, feeling herself redden slightly, murmuring quietly when she was close enough, "I... Uhm... Ilizabeth..?" She questioned shyly, despite the tension she felt, feeling a bit frightened that she would be attacked before she had a chance to speak. She took in a deep breath before finally speaking, looking up quietly at her. "Will you... Be my Valentine?" She managed softly.

Love's Battlefield Empty Re: Love's Battlefield

She was a little wary when the angel did not assume a fighting pose immediately upon seeing her, but did not let it deter her. She continued to advance swiftly, quietly, her hand lifting and her fingers curling in preparation to strike the angel, to end her life here and now, and make true all her threats, her promises. She considered making the blow nonlethal, and making some of those dreams of hers come true. She would show that angel just how good it was to be a demon. She found her smirk growing deeper, her tail flickering left and right with excitement. This was a decisive moment in her life. She could feel it in every bone, every cell, every atom of her being. Just as she was about to strike, she was brought up short by the woman calling out her name. Not in anger, but... shyly.

She stopped, her hand raised, just seconds from striking at the angel's throat, or whatever she felt like striking, when the woman asked her if she would be her valentine. She didn't move for a few seconds, except her expression. Everything about her said 'kill kill kill kill kill', but her expression was blank, shocked. Simply staring at her with an almost strangled expression, one she had seen many times on her victims. She stared at the woman, wondering if this was simply a ploy to kill her, but immediately discarded it. The angel had the time for hundreds of death strikes while she was simply staring dumbfounded at the girl. She slowly lowered her hand, after a few seconds, and straightened her posture. She was not sure why, but she felt as if she already had been fighting all day, with the way her chest was rising and falling so rapidly. she was breathless, and she had not even done anything yet.

"I..." She began, her voice carrying none of the heated vengeance it usually did. But rather, the soft, warm voice she usually spoke to fellow demons in. She did not know what to say, though. Her heart was racing suddenly, contributing to the speed of her breath. She looked panicked almost. Her most bitter, hated rival was offering her a Valentine's day card? Her, of all people? A demon, for starters, and one who had tried to kill her on numerous occasions? Even now she could not stare upon the angel without intense passion swelling in her chest. But... did the passion have to be channeled into hate, she wondered? She weakly extended a hand for the card, staring down at the angel that looked no more than a girl compared to her. She took it, and slowly opened it, being surprisingly careful with the things, using the tips of her claws not to tear, but to finely pry apart the paper as if it were the most precious thing in the world.

Before she even took it out of the envelope, she felt wetness on her cheeks, and despite the sunny weather, attributed it to rain of some sort. Unconsciously, though, she was careful to hold it away from her face lest her salty tears drip down and ruin the card. She stared at it silently for only a moment, before letting out a soft, shuddering whisper of; "Oh, N-Nina..." She sounded shy, of all things. Her, a demon. No, not quite shy. Just a little afraid. Afraid that it might just be a cruel trick. She knew the angels and Heaven did not usually see being cruel to demons as being evil. As she stared at the card though, looking upon the intense care with which it had been created, she realized that only love could have created that. Not hate.

Her breath was speeding up intensely, almost to the point of hyperventilating. And not for no reason, either. Her entire world had been tipped over, this card the hinge to that flip. Her entire existence had been changed in the span of seconds. Her hated rival wanted to spend a romantic evening together. With all the passion she felt for the little angel, she knew she would not last the day without falling irrevocably in love with her, no matter how much she had perceived it as hate in the past. "Yes... I will." She said, against her own will. Her voice sounded calmer, quieter than she felt. She took the angel's hands within her own, and they were as calm as she felt, trembling against the much paler, shorter, blonder angel. "I would... Love nothing more." She again said, against her will.

She slowly lift the angels hands, clutching them both to her chest in between her own, compelled to let the angel know just what she had done to the dark demoness. Her heart beat perceptibly against the angel's small hands, and she whispered to her softly after a few seconds; "If this is a plan to kill me..." She said, though she was positive it was not. "I would not be able to stop you now. I just thought I would tell you that." She closed her eyes, still unaware of the wetness trickling down along her skin, dripping to the ground below, where they joined a number of others that had dropped unnoticed. She stood like that for only a few seconds longer, before jerking the angel into an embrace before she could say anything about it.

And before either of them could make a noise, she locked her surprisingly small lips against the angel's, her breathlessness becoming more apparent as she was forced to breathe through her nose. Her reactions; the embrace and the kiss, were natural actions for her species. She did not think about how it might have been far too forward for a first five seconds of a romantic evening, but for her... she was being gentle with the girl, trying to be considerate to her more innocent ways. She held the kiss tightly, her hand slipping behind the angel's head, caressing in through her hair delicately, carefully. It lasted only a minute, but never once did she press her tongue towards the other's, or grope towards her body, and the effort of not doing so showed in her body as she pulled away, a slight agony on her features. "I... Can't tell you... How much this means to me."

Love's Battlefield Empty Re: Love's Battlefield

Post  Rose Rogue Thu Oct 22, 2009 11:34 pm

Nina watched carefully as the demon advanced, wondering, from the looks of a possible oncoming attack, if she was really brave enough to leave herself unguarded until she got her message through to Ilizabeth. She slightly winced as the demon raised her hand to strike, and continued to watch intently when the hand froze in the air. She felt relief and joy at the same time, when she lowered her hand, feeling that things would fall together nicely, as she felt that they should have long ago. Still, even if the demon had struck.. She would have tried her best not to budge.

She slowly lifted her head a bit, offering a shy little smile to the one she had been 'trying' to kill for so long, the one that had been trying to kill her as well, standing over her with that strangled expression of hers. She felt her heart stirring in her chest, beating with a fast pace as she stared quietly at her. While she began to fill with anxious energy, she also felt a strange wave of content and peace fill her. She had managed, for the first time, to ask the demon to be her valentine, and she was heard!

She slowly lifted her hands out, the ones holding the card for Ilizabeth, watching her quietly with that gentle little smile of hers, offering even a comfortingly warm look in response to the near panicked look on the dark-skinned face the looked down to her. She felt her spirits perk a bit at the sound of her voice, even if it was only for a moment that she heard it, warm and soft. As she stared up to her, she felt her usually contained feelings spreading through her, leaving a faint little dreamlike tingle. She let her hands slip back after the demon took the card, allowing them to fold over her heart quietly as she watched her. She felt almost on the verge of crying for a moment, though not of sorrow, watching as she so carefully began to open the card.

She felt that little urge again when she spotted the tears on the taller one's cheeks, her eyes lowering and closing for several long moments before looking back up to her again. She had been trying to gather her courage for a long time for this, or attempt to ask her out, or something, anything to spend time with her. It showed easily in her eyes that what she said was no cruel prank, that she was truly hopeful that Ilizabeth would be hers. She smiled gently again, hearing her speak her name, for once without it sounding like she was cursing her, as it often sounded when they fought before.

That she was standing here with her without fighting, that alone seemed like a dream come true. But when the demon eventually gave her answer.. She felt her breath disappear, and she paused breathing for several long moments, staring up to her with another growing little blush on her pale cheeks. She gave a soft sound as her hands were slowly taken by Ilizabeth's own, feeling them tremble about her own. She let her hands slowly clasp gently at those trembling hands, hands she had never felt before without getting hurt. Again, the demon replied, affirming what she said moments before, and Nina's eyes widened just a bit. "O-oh... Thank you.." She murmured softly, feeling her lips pull again into a smile up at her.

She watched as the demon pulled her hands closer until they were settled in the center of her chest to feel her heart, reddening further for several long moments. She had fallen silent, and seemed almost as though she were savoring the feeling of the heartbeat, the heartbeat that struck her powerfully. Not once did she try and pull her hands free of the demon's grasp. She looked up to her quietly at her words, and gave another faint smile, shaking her head gently after a moment, "It'd hurt too much to kill the one I wanted to be my valentine.." leaving the rest unsaid. She slowly slipped a hand up to timidly brush away a few of the tears from her cheeks before she was suddenly jerked into an embrace, her eyes widening while her body seemed to instinctively nestle into her.

She tilted her head back to look up to her quietly after a moment in the embrace, and felt herself shocked once again to suddenly find that the woman's lips were pressed against her own, tight and soft. Her cheeks finally took on a potent redness to them, and while her hand hesitantly slipped down from her cheek, both of her hands came up to latch gently onto Ilizabeth's shoulders, holding on to her quietly. No way would she pull from this, something she had dreamed about, among other things, though that it just suddenly happened shocked her. Her eyes fluttered to a near close for several long moments, aided by the brushing of her hair by the demon's fingers. When the kiss broke, she looked up quietly into the woman's eyes, wearing a heavy blush. She murmured quietly, timidly after a moment, "It means so much to me that you accepted.." She gave a soft sound, letting herself slowly lean up to nuzzle her cheek against the other's.

Love's Battlefield Empty Re: Love's Battlefield

Post  Admin Thu Oct 22, 2009 11:54 pm

When the kiss was finally broken she merely gazed down at the angel she held against herself. Her eyes were still wide, as if somewhat shocked by her own actions, her own words just as much as she was of the angel's. She had just kissed the angel she was seeking out to kill. And she had enjoyed it. Both of them had. She quietly let her arms secure themselves around the angel's form, holding her firmly against herself while she murmured down to her softly; "I... am afraid." She said honestly, closing her eyes for a moment and leaning down quietly, nuzzling her nose against the top of her head. "I have too much feeling for you..." She let out a faint little noise. "But so much of it is blind..."

She slowly let her lips feather kisses along the top of her blonde head, merely kissing the hair as if that were pleasurable to her lips. she closed her eyes quietly, letting out a faint, soft purr that reverberated in her chest. Her fingers would gently tease along the length of her spine, all the while holding her close against her much darker, taller figure. "I can't keep my hands off of you, whether I am killing you or kissing you." She let out a small sound, her fingers trembling still as they teased her spine. As gentle to the woman's innocence as she was trying to be, she could not really hold herself back. Her tail already started to reach forward.

By the time it had finished slipping up her dress, only to coil around the length of her thigh, her head was lowered, pressing soft kisses along the side of her head, along her cheek. "Most of it may have been spent trying to kill you but... My life has become dependent on yours. I need to fight you..." She murmured fervently. "Need to touch you..." She realized she was letting her tongue get away with her, but she was no longer in control of herself, ever since that card had been handed to her. "If we go out tonight... I will not be able to stop myself from loving you." She took a quiet deep breath, before continuing;

"And... That may cause problems for both of us." May being the key word. "I won't be able to stop myself from taking you. I'm having a hard enough time as it is..." She let out a faint, long breath, letting her fingers curl up against the girl's elegant gown, clutching it desperately while she forced her head to lift, raising back up so that she could stare down at the girl. "You consumed me a long time ago..." They had just gone separate ways with it, until now. "But I don't care about any trouble... I am happy that you gave me this card... I am glad I have someone to..." She stuttered over the word. "To love..."

It did not feel weird to her. She had known the angel for a lot of her life. A very extended length of her life. Though most of it had been learned on the battle field, she still knew many things about the angel, intimate things. Where her weak spots were--even if she was not always able to exploit them--where she was most sensitive. She knew what kind of person the angel was; all of the worst traits in a person came out on a battlefield. Just like the angel probably knew more about herself than the demon thought she did. She knew the woman had been able to hit her a few times in her weak spots. A small tingle below her ribcage was testament to that.

For now though, she fell silent, to see what the angel had to say to her claims. They were vast, she knew, but so were the implications of handing a valentines card to your nemesis. So many words said in one small card. But there still were many things said. It just happened to be that Ilizabeth did not have a card to give to Nina, and so she used words.

Love's Battlefield Empty Re: Love's Battlefield

Post  Rose Rogue Fri Oct 23, 2009 1:33 am

She herself, obviously, was shocked as well with the sudden embrace and the kiss, and had remained silent, though the look in her eye and the soft smile she wore was enough to prove her happiness with them. She looked up quietly to her, and nestled herself into her arms when they came securely around her, letting her head come to rest against her shoulder as she spoke and nuzzled into her gently. She took in a quiet breath, releasing it carefully before letting herself nuzzle back warmly. "I was afraid.. Until I realized why you were always on my mind.." She murmured quietly, softly.

She again nestled herself into her with the kisses that she felt across the top of her head, looking up at her quietly again for a long moment before sighing in what sounded to be content or even pleasure, however much the idea of doing so made her blush. She let her head lean forward to rest against her chest after a while, giving a soft nuzzle when she felt and heard the purrs the woman gave. Her eyes fluttered shut for several long moments, finally giving in and closing with the caress of the fingers along her spine, until she heard her speak again, opening her eyes to look up to her. She pursed her lips quietly for a moment, while her back gave the tiniest of arches, and her small, ethereal wings fluttered slightly at her shoulders.

She gave the gentlest of shudders when she felt the tail, though, giving a slight squirm as she felt it crawl up along her leg and slip around her thigh, the muscles beneath the skin giving a light contraction before hesitantly relaxing once more. Her head tilted off to the side a bit as the woman kissed along her head until she was at her cheek, unable to help but remain tinted red in a blush as she looked up to her, listening quietly. She, too, had become dependent on the other, her reason for returning to the battlefield time and time again for her, with constant thoughts and dreams of her filling her mind. She turned her head quietly after a moment, pressing a gentle kiss against the dark cheek of the woman, offering a soft nuzzle of her nose against it. Her words, and none of them escaped her ear, were entrancing to her, as though these were the things she had always wanted to hear. Of course, she had wanted them for a good amount of her life, but again, had never found the courage in herself to step forward and tell the demon woman of her feelings for her.

"I do not fear problems.." She murmured quietly after a few good moments, looking up to her quietly before murmuring, "Since I've met you, you've what drives me.. My dreams and my thoughts are made of you.." She admitted quietly, letting her lips touch against her cheek once more. "I wanted so terribly to come out and tell you.." She murmured, letting her hands release her shoulders and slip around her neck gently instead, a loose, careful hold. "I wanted to let you know I love you.. And despite our past, I want to be there for you when you need someone.." She bit quietly at her lip for a moment, breathing softly against her cheek.

She gave a soft sound after a moment and gave a gentle squeeze to her in her hug around the neck, letting herself draw close, and hoping that nothing would drag them apart from this. She let the fingers of one of her hands caress almost lazily against her upper back, around the shoulder blades gently, almost as though she were massaging at her, with a soothingly warm touch. She took in a quiet breath, which she released in a soft sigh after a moment, murmuring, "I want to be your angel.."

Love's Battlefield Empty Re: Love's Battlefield

"My angel..." She breathed softly, letting the warm breath brush along the angel's skin. Her arms clutched more firmly at the girl's figure, holding her close and letting her figure snuggle up against the angel's warm figure. She enjoyed the feel of the girl's head resting against her chest. Truth be told, she liked the fact that the girl was barely tall enough to stare eye-to-eye with her chest. She could not say why though. She merely lift her hand, and began gently combing her fingers through the girl's hair with a slow, soft purring noise, despite the fact that she was doing the petting. She let her fingers enjoy the feel of the angel's heavenly hair, the girl that glowed from the radiance of her beauty, the same way her dark skin seemed to absorb the light, making the both of them stand out in their own ways; Nina by glowing, Ilizabeth by absorbing the light, in essence, 'anti-glowing'.

"You already are my angel..." She murmured delicately, lifting the finger of her free hand and caressing it upon her radiant cheek, teasing along the divine flesh for just a few seconds before slowly letting it tilt down along the line of her jaw, feeling at her skin softly. "Have been for a long time... You are what drives my dreams, as well... They were probably a lot more truthful than I was willing to believe." She smiled faintly when she said this, the arrow-head point of her tail curving just slightly and beginning to caress up and down along her thigh, though the majority of the tail remained still. She cooed out to her softly; "But when I came here today, and saw you.. I knew my dreams would be coming true." Just not in the way she had expected.

She pulled herself away for just a second, though never let her hands, or her tail leave the girl's figure. "Would you..." She let out a soft breath, before looking around. She obviously fully expected a no to this question, and in fact felt silly for even considering it; "Would you... like to go to Hell with me?" She said it all out in a rush, before hurrying to explain herself; "It is not as bad as you would think it is! A lot of people are nice there and most of them that are not would not try to mess with you if you were with me. And um.." She struggled to find more to say in order to convince her. She really did not want to be interrupted by anyone else who thought they might want to battle an angel or a demon. And she figured Heaven was out of the question for a girl like her.

"It's... A little lewd there, but um, it's got lots of nice people to meet, and lots of neat places to go to... And Satan's a pretty cool girl, and I think you'll like her." She bit down on the inside of her lip, shifting on her feet nervously and letting her eyes stare down towards the glowing little girl. The beautiful angel that she could now look at and touch whenever she wanted without repercussion. Even now her hands were softly caressing along her shoulders while she held her at arms length. "Um.. It really is not as bad as we try to make it out to be..."

She waited silently for the answer, ever few moments looking like she wanted to add something in, but forcing herself to be quiet. She knew this nice restaurant that she would like to take the girl to. And maybe to meet Satan--who was technically her Mother, after all. Sure that might have made it weird that she had asked her mother to be her valentine, but it felt natural to her. Satan was rather attractive, after all. A rather attractive woman who she was beginning to think could read the future, if their current situation had anything to do with Satan's rejection of her.

Love's Battlefield Empty Re: Love's Battlefield

She felt her eyes close for several moments when Ilizabeth breathed the words softly against her, sending a tiny little shiver down along her spine that drove her closer into the woman's taller figure. She eagerly snuggled back against her, driven to nearly purring herself after a few moments of the woman combing her fingers through her hair. She smiled sweetly without budging her head, enjoying the place it took. There was something comforting about it and the girl's height, which allowed the demon to even wrap around the small angel if she wanted to. It felt like having a large, protective, warm coat on, only with happy tingles and lovely little feelings, and quite a bit more. She looked up quietly after a long moment, watching the demon she was now able to openly adore.

She blinked quietly after a moment, feeling a warm, wide smile pulling at her lips at the woman's words, letting her head dip to the side against the demon's touch along her cheek, with her head tilting slowly when the fingers made their way alone the line of her jaw. She could not help but to smile once more as the woman spoke, slowly slipping one arm from around her neck so she could withdraw her hand and grasp gently at the demon's, bringing it up to her lips so she could softly kiss the backs of the knuckles before releasing the hand and letting her arm slip back up around the woman's neck gently. She shivered gently as the spear tip of her tail slowly caressed at her thigh, which proceeded to contract again with a light tremor all its own.

She fell silent after a long moment, though, listening as the demon tried to ask her something. She blinked a few times, looking up to her curiously when she finally did ask, before giggling softly at the nervousness the woman put on display. She reached up quietly after a good long moment, brushing the tips of her fingers over the girl's horns for a few moments before murmuring; "Of course it can't be bad... It's where you live.." She murmured gently after a long moment, despite her sudden hesitance at the thought of venturing off into Hell. She pursed her lips quietly for a long moment or to before offering a gentle little nod, murmuring, "I'll go... Don't leave my side, though.." She pursed her lips quietly for a moment, wondering of the rules and this, that, and the other, but with another look up at Ilizabeth, the rules lost importance to her. She smiled gently after a moment, murmuring, "I could go anywhere with you.."

She remained silent for a good few moments longer before stating, "You're cute when you get nervous..." She smiled gently for a moment, "Well, cuter." She giggled gently, letting herself latch onto the woman quietly, thinking about what she had said about Hell. Even the idea of meeting Satan made her curious, if just a bit.. well... scared. All that she had been taught was conflicting with what the demon was saying, but she was leaning more towards going with her the more she thought about it, reluctant or not. She took in a slow, quiet breath, releasing it in a gentle sigh before nuzzling back into her again, wondering for a moment on the rules of Heaven before murmuring quietly, "I'd like to go with you.."

Love's Battlefield Empty Re: Love's Battlefield

She let out a faint noise when the angel's fingers brushed along one of her horns, and let her eyes flutter closed for a few seconds, nuzzling against the fingers softly. "Mm...." She hummed out quietly, letting a small purr flutter within her chest. When the girl agreed that Hell could not have been too bad, she opened her eyes again, blinking once or twice though continuing to purr. Was she really going to..? She slowly felt her smile growing, beaming radiantly when she said she would go. She let out a small, faint noise of excitement before slowly stepping forward.

"O-of course I won't leave your side! And not just to keep you safe..." She murmured, her cheeks growing hot when the girl called her cute. She quietly stepped forward, winding her arms back around the girl as she herself was hugged. She let her arms tighten around the girl's figure, holding her close and letting a faint, soft noise flutter from her lips. She leaned down, laying a few kisses along her temple, and lowering her eyelids. She murmured quietly after a few moments; "Let's go then..." She suddenly slid around the girl's figure, lifting her up into her arms, and clutching her against her chest. Despite the fact that the angel could fly, she would much rather go this way. She smiled softly as she stared down into the girl's eyes for a few moments, humming to herself quietly. "You will have fun, I promise."

Heaven, Hell, Purgatory were all odd dimensions. Time and distance were different there, which is why it was so easy for them to find each other, and why when she turned around, the bridge back to Hell seemed only a couple of yards away. She quietly walked towards it, and took the first step on the bridge, already seeming ready to take the first step off of it within a matter of seconds. The warmth of Hell pressed down on them as soon as they entered, and her eyes wandered around the place, looking for the place she wanted to go. "Um, do you have a particular kind of food you like? Do angels even eat?" She knew that their type, angels and demons both, did not need to eat. She wondered if God would construe eating as an act of gluttony. She mentally shrugged.

She did not know the rules of Heaven any more than the Angel knew the 'rules' of Hell. She was not aware that an angel would be banished for breaking a rule--if she was caught that is. She quietly began to walk in the direction of the Restaurant she wanted to show her, the distance not shrinking simply because she needed an answer before she got there. She idly began caressing her hand along the woman's shoulder as they walked. Most of the demons paid her only enough mind to see she was carrying an angel before returning to their own Valentine's with a somewhat surprised expression. Nina might have been the first angel there in a very, very long time, after all. She quietly let her head lower, nuzzling the girl's shoulder carefully, so that she did not accidentally prick her with one of her horns. Even so, a few of the demons cast their inquiries aloud as to whether the angel was a captive or not.

Love's Battlefield Empty Re: Love's Battlefield

Post  Rose Rogue Fri Oct 23, 2009 11:01 pm

She giggled just a bit as she watched the taller woman, listening to the sound she gave and watching as she nuzzled into her hand at the light touch to her horn. She let her fingers tickle along it gently, wrapping warmly around it for a moment as she let her hand move down to the base of the horn. Those things had come close to maiming her before, but she enjoyed the feel of them now, finding that her fingers liked to touch along the horn. She looked back into her eyes, smiling wider when the demon herself smiled so radiantly down to her at her response. Her hand fell away just a bit from her horn, falling back to around her neck gently, after brushing across her cheek for several oncoming moments to feel the heat that glowed behind them at her compliment.

She smiled even wider at her words, staring up to her with bright eyes before nodding gently and murmuring, "I've always wanted it that way.." She eagerly, despite her raising in Heaven, fit herself into the arms that wound around her, her tiny wings giving a gentle little flutter. Her eyes fluttered shut after a few moments, humming softly in the grasp of the demon, though she blinked them open again after a moment. Go? Now? She followed the girl around with her eyes, turning her head, giving a soft squeak when she was suddenly lifted. She let her arms reach up again, as before, to slip around her neck, her own hold on her, as she gazed up to her for a few moments before giving a gentle nod and a smile. "I don't doubt it.. I'll be with you, after all.." She murmured a bit shyly. Even sitting next to her without anything to do or say would have made her content.

When Ilizabeth turned around to head off towards the bridge into Hell, she could not help but give a faint sound. Never had she been so close to the bridge that marked the crossing point into hell, and now she was staring down it. A few short movements later, and they were on the bridge, and the next moment, it seemed, stepping off into Hell, her arms slightly tightening around her neck. When the heat of Hell washed up around her, she seemed to fall still for a moment before slowly relaxing again in her arms. Needless to say, crossing into Hell was an idea that had frightened her, though she had considered it maybe a few times in the past to get to Ilizabeth. Now that she was here, though, in the arms of her Valentine who said she'd keep her safe, she was able to calm down and look around curiously, quietly, before looking up to her. "Like to eat? Fruit, and sweet things.." She murmured, pursing her lips quietly.Heaven was rather dull when it came to food, as angels and former humans had no need for food, and carnivores seemed to be looked down upon, though there were fruits in the gardens. All that, 'and the lion shall lay with the lamb' business. She had tasted meat before, in a visit to Earth, and she found she liked it, though none of her peers knew of such a thing. "Why not introduce me to something you like?" She asked quietly as she gazed up to her a bit hopefully, obviously not minding whatever might be suggested.

After a moment, she again snuggled herself into the woman, wondering things similar to the demon. Most of the rules of hell, one might notice, were what the angels perceived as things that God would approve of, and she certainly did not doubt possible banishment if she was caught enjoying herself with a demon, let alone being in Hell without having been on a mission from the higher ups. She gave a soft sigh at the feel of the hand caressing at her shoulder, the wing of that shoulder giving a gentle little flutter, smiling quietly to herself. The worst that could happen was her being sentenced to execution, but that wouldn't work too well if she became disobedient and simply left. If she was banished.. She could maybe stay here with Ilizabeth, she thought. Now she just needed to figure out if she wanted to go back and pretend nothing had happened, but she didn't want to think about it yet. She was with Ilizabeth, and she wanted to have fun with her. She could not help but giggle with she was nuzzled gently and carefully by the demon, her head tilting to, equally careful of the horns, press her lips softly to her forehead and the top of her head. The sounds of others making their inquiries as to their relationship brought a smile to her mental self, seeming oddly able to ignore them otherwise, unafraid to be seen in the arms of her sweet Valentine.

Love's Battlefield Empty Re: Love's Battlefield

Post  Admin Sat Oct 24, 2009 12:42 am

She let out a small hum as the girl began stroking along her horn, her figure shifting as she walked. The angel was surprisingly forward, she noted. Her lips parted to release a soft breath. Whether or not the angel perceived it as forward did not cross her mind, merely smiling down at the angel as they traversed the dimension. Soon enough, in Hell, they were where the restaurant was. She said with a small smile, to those that asked her; "No, she's my Valentine." Leaving them all with either surprised grins, or even softly laughing. She slowly lowered Nina into a chair in the restaurant--Most things in Hell were not surrounded by walls, except living quarters. The weather was always perfect there; always just a little warm and always just a little 'sunny'. There was no sun in reality, as Hell was in a dimension far away from the Sun. Satan herself generated the light that constantly bathed the area. The light did not generate UV rays, so if demons or angels could tan or get sunburns, that particular light would not cause it.

She slowly pulled out her own chair, right beside Nina, and settled down within it, resting upon her elbows and gazing upon her. A cute little demon, no taller than Nina herself and wearing a cute little waitress outfit, came and nodded her head to the both of them. "Madame, Ilizabeth." She plucked out a little notepad, peering over it towards the two of them. "What can I get you and your lady?" She asked the other demon, holding her pen while curiously letting her gaze slide to the angel. "Hmm... Something I would like.." She said nervously, letting her eyes fall half-shut. "Perhaps... a couple of cheese burgers, with waffle fries?"

"Alright~ We will have your order out in just a few seconds." The order scribed, the demon shuffled back into the building. She was not lying when she said just a few seconds, slowly bringing the plates back, setting one down infront of each of them. "We got a few ideas from the humans down on Earth." She explained as the short demoness flurried to take another order. "Pyro-demons are always in high demand here, and they get paid highly. It is probably why you never see anyone hurling fireballs on the battlefield." She said with a small grin, slowly picking up one of the fries and munching it. Being able to instantly cook things without microwaves or grease left it with a particular taste, but as all instant-cooking did, it had a downfall, if one could call it that. It typically left the particular taste of the demon who made it. Which no demon particularly minded, as they generally were 'eating' other demons all the time.

She slowly eyed the angel, tilting her head to the side and gazing upon her quietly for a few moments while she quietly munched on the fries. She slowly let her finger roam along the top of the burger, pondering for a moment. She tore a little piece off of it, and lightly set it within her mouth, before asking her quietly; "So, what do you think?"
